Lieutenant Dan and I recently wrapped up conducting some interviews with MLCA staff members. These were "beta" interviews; we were looking to see if the questions gave us the information we needed for senior leadership. We did a pretty decent job documenting our process and findings; thought some of you might be able to use this in your own work. Or you can just critique the grunt out of it.
