Are you guys still wrestling this alligator? Wow, that's pretty scary... I've been off active duty as a "QPC" for 3 years now, we wrestled it virtually the entire time I was there (7 years) and its still an unsolved problem huh? Seems to me you'd take some cues from the large integrators/contractors like General Dynamics or Lockheed Martin. Not that I completely espouse what they do (or don't do)for the American tax payer, but they do track billable hours pretty well.
Let me know if you need any help with that, I'm always looking for some extra consulting time. Oh yeah, that's right, you folks are consultants... :) oops... MM
No, Michael, we are no longer wrestling this alligator. We killed him... and the tool works damn well.
