Wow,...Are you guys still wrestling this alligator? Wow, that's pretty scary... I've been off active duty as a "QPC" for 3 years now, we wrestled it virtually the entire time I was there (7 years) and its still an unsolved problem huh? Seems to me you'd take some cues from the large integrators/contractors like General Dynamics or Lockheed Martin. Not that I completely espouse what they do (or don't do)for the American tax payer, but they do track billable hours pretty well.<BR/><BR/>Let me know if you need any help with that, I'm always looking for some extra consulting time.
